Progress & Growth

From Beginning to End

When I started the BTS program two years ago, I had basic IT knowledge and was not entirely sure where this path would take me. Over these two years, I have grown more than I expected — not just technically, but also as a person. I now feel confident in what I know, and more importantly, I genuinely enjoy what I do.

These two years helped me discover my work personality and showed me what kind of job I want to pursue in the future. I also learned something important about myself: I am not as much of a team worker as I initially thought. I tend to perform better when I can focus independently and take ownership of my tasks.

I am ambitious and want to continue studying after this program. Looking back, I do not regret joining the BTS — it was the right choice and has given me a solid foundation for what comes next.

Strengths

What I Do Well

Problem Solving

I enjoy breaking down technical problems and finding solutions. Whether it is debugging a network issue, troubleshooting a deployment, or figuring out why a service is not working, I stay focused until the problem is resolved. This has been one of my strongest skills throughout the program.

Working Under Pressure

I perform well when deadlines are tight or when unexpected issues arise. Rather than getting overwhelmed, pressure motivates me to stay focused and deliver results. This has been especially useful during project deadlines and certification exams.

Areas for Improvement

Challenges & Growth Opportunities

Time Management

Balancing multiple projects, certifications, and coursework at the same time has been a recurring challenge. I sometimes underestimate how long tasks will take, which leads to rushing at the end. I am working on planning my time better and setting more realistic priorities.

Stress Management

While I work well under pressure, I have noticed that prolonged stress can affect my focus and motivation. Learning to manage stress more effectively — through better planning and knowing when to step back — is something I want to improve going forward.

Conclusion

Looking Forward

These two years have been a defining period in my life. I have grown technically, discovered what I enjoy doing, and learned a lot about myself as a professional. I am proud of what I have accomplished and excited about what comes next.

I plan to continue studying and pushing myself further in cloud computing and IT infrastructure. The BTS gave me the foundation — now I want to build on it.
